Heavenly spa with a twist

We enjoyed the marvelous spa, especially the outdoor pool with stunning mountain views. The staff's friendliness made us feel right at home, and our room was clean and spacious.

The dining options felt limited at times, and the layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, making it tricky to navigate between areas.

The ski-in/ski-out functionality was incredibly convenient.

The choice and quantity of food left much to be desired. Breakfast and dinner portions were disappointingly small and lacked variety, making meals feel more like an afterthought than a highlight. Plus, the hotel felt more like a cafeteria than a four-star establishment. it's frustrating considering the price we paid for our stay.

Just an ideal choice for a short stay in Obergurgl with value for money. The warm outdoor pool was a perfect way to relax after skiing. Avoid peak breakfast hours to skip the brunch crowd.

The heated outdoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of skiing, and the modern, clean facilities were consistently impressive. Dining each evening was a highlight, with dishes that rival independent restaurants, which is surprising for a hotel. The ski boot room directly below the main lift was also a game-changer, making early morning slopes much easier. I found the room slightly lacking in amenities and there were a few hiccups with supplies like toilet paper during our stay.

Couples craving luxury experience

The spa was very nice! Spending time in that heated outdoor pool, looking at the mountains, was surreal. And the attention given by the staff was great. They even remembered my coffee order every morning.

It certainly wasn't inexpensive, but for what we received, it was acceptable.

Lovely modern facilities offered excellent service, and the staff consistently went above and beyond. The outdoor pool provided stunning views, adding to the relaxation experience, while the breakfast buffet featured a juicer for fresh juices, a delightful touch. some amenities in the main room felt limited, and the restaurant's high-end menu, while artistic, didn’t meet our tastes, leading us to seek dinner elsewhere. a comfortable stay with room for improvement.

The room was spacious with a balcony and a private bathroom. Enjoyed a comfortable bed with feather pillows, flat-screen TV, and coffee machine. The spa had both indoor and outdoor pools. Several sauna options for relaxation. Afternoon tea was a nice surprise, offering delicious snacks after skiing. Ski access was super easy from the boot room right to the gondola.

the location is just perfect for skiing, it was super easy to get to the slopes and the spa area was awesome for relaxing after a long day. we loved the heated outdoor pool, really helped us unwind. the staff were amazing and super friendly, they really make you feel welcome. the food was really good too, especially the breakfast buffet with a ton of choices.

It was perfect.

after my previous stay in obergurgl, i was excited to return to crystal. this time, the spa was a real highlight with its multiple sauna options and outdoor pool. i loved the breakfast which featured freshly made omelettes and an array of fresh juices that helped kickstart my mornings.

the dining menu was limited.
